I purchased this Reverse Osmosis water filter over two years ago. I am impressed by the high quality of the entire filter mechanism, the smooth & great tasting water it produces, as well as the simplicity of the system. Tech support is far beyond my expectations. Don & John have provided patient and effective help, also making sure I have what I need to solve any issue. Today the water quality tested at 3, the same as RO distilled water I've tested. Highly recommend!

If you are thinking about buying this product don’t hesitate. Just do it! I couldn’t live without it! Best thing I have in my home. And to make it even better the tech support is the best I’ve ever seen. They truly stand behind their product and customers.

This is a top-of-the-line water filtering system in terms of water quality. We have used it for 7+ years with no complaint on water quality. Excellent customer support - we received immediate help from Don in Customer support. The only caution is that it will require a professional installation - don't expect it to be DYI project. However, changing the filter or pressurizing the filter tank can be done by yourself - although that also requires some handy skillset. Not a quick plug like a typical refrigerator filter.

Was a lot easier to install than expected.. also bought ice maker kit.. hardest part was figuring how to run tubing. Directions were great and water is fabulous than Arizona tap water! No more hauling 5 gallon jugs of water from car! I only wished they made the tank a little slimmer and taller to fit easier behind the plumbing…:-)
