REFUSED DELIVERIES/RETURNED ORDERS

UPS or FedEx refused deliveries or returned orders will be charged a 20% restock fee plus original and returned shipping costs. Common Carrier refused deliveries or returned orders will be charged a 20% restock fee plus freight charges both ways. All returned orders must be sent back in original condition within 90 days of original purchase date. Original shipping costs for your order under our "free shipping" offer will not be refunded WaterSofterplus DBA Housetechplus LLC. does not accept returned items that have been installed, used or open packaging.


RETURNED MERCHANDISE

WaterSofterplus DBA Housetechplus LLC must be contacted prior to the return of any items found to be defective in materials or workmanship by the manufacturer within the applicable manufacturers warranty period.

The shipment of returned, repaired or replaced goods to and from a designated  location shall be at the sole cost, risk and responsibility of Buyer

Performance issues are not warranty issues. If your item is not functioning as it should contact our customer support. Any damage claim must be made within 30 days of date of delivery. Warranty or damage claim approvals take 5 working days to process. Original sale price refunds less original shipping fees will only be given if returned items are received in original condition. Non warranty or damage claim items must be received within 90 days of the date of original purchase. Please contact us by email or call (813)501-9733prior to returning any merchandise.

Note
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
