Ultraviolet systems are identified by the system model number printed on the reactor or the controller, and both of the parts that need periodic replacement — the lamp and the quartz sleeve — are specific to that model. Lamp length alone is not a safe way to order, because sleeves and lamps of the same nominal length differ in their end fittings.
The list below groups UV lamps, quartz sleeves and controllers by the system named in each product's own title, each with its part number. Ordering by number matters more here than in most categories, since the visible difference between two lamps is often only the pin arrangement at the end.
Lamps are an annual replacement on most systems regardless of whether they still light — output falls well before the lamp fails. Sleeves are replaced when they become fouled or etched. A system that alarms immediately after a lamp change is usually reporting a sleeve that was not reseated rather than a faulty lamp.

Ordering notes for UV systems
Order the lamp and the sleeve against the system model rather than by measured length, since end fittings differ between lamps of the same nominal size. United States shipping is included in the listed price.
Replacement intervals
UV lamps are replaced annually on most systems whether or not they still illuminate, because ultraviolet output falls well below the effective dose long before the lamp goes dark. A lamp that still glows is not evidence of a working system. Quartz sleeves are replaced on condition rather than on schedule: they are changed when they become fouled, etched or scaled to the point that they block transmission.
After a lamp change
A controller that alarms immediately after a lamp replacement is usually reporting a sleeve that was not fully reseated, or an O-ring left out during reassembly, rather than a defective lamp. Check the seating before returning the lamp.
