- Removes Uranium. Stage 1 uses 1.5 cu ft of ResinTech SBG2-HP Type II strong base anion resin, designed for potable water and WQA Gold Seal certified to reduce uranium, nitrate, and arsenate.
- Removes Radium and Hardness. Stage 2 is a 48,000 grain softener with 1.5 cu ft of 10% crosslink cation resin, which removes radium along with calcium and magnesium.
- Two Fleck 2510 AiQ Metered Valves. Each stage tracks your actual water use and regenerates only when needed, saving salt and water.
- Separate Brine Tanks. Each stage has its own 15x17x36 brine tank, so both can regenerate on their own schedule without competing for brine.
- Regenerates with Salt. Both stages use ordinary softener salt. No special chemicals.
- Built to Order. Each tank is loaded and assembled before shipping, ready to plumb in.
