2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship from our Florida fulfillment center and partner warehouses.

Freight/LTL Shipments: Require a commercial address; liftgate service available upon request.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is Free on most U.S. orders unless otherwise noted.
Heavy or oversized items (water systems, tanks, pallets) may incur additional freight costs shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed automatically.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Inspect your delivery upon receipt.
If your order arrives damaged:

6. International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States and U.S. territories.

7. Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments require an adult signature at delivery.
If the driver notes βdelivery refusedβ or βno contact,β re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from our support team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Custom-built or special-order systems

Electrical components once installed

Items with water, chemical, or installation damage

Opened filters or consumables
3. Return Process

Pack items securely in original packaging.

Ship to the return address provided with your RGA.

Include your name, order number, and contact details inside the box.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, weβll email you regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
6. Exchanges

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, orders fall under our standard returns policy.
8. Freight or Oversized Returns
Freight returns (pallets, tanks, or heavy equipment) require prior approval and may incur a restocking fee up to 25% to cover handling and inspection.
9. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to all eligible products.
