The 24" x 72" NWS 1.5" AIO (Less Media) is the largest air-injection platform in the Nelsen Water Solutions Control Flow lineup, built for high-demand homes and light commercial filtration. The Nelsen proprietary air-injection valve uses a patented process that gradually releases the air pocket and delays regeneration when water is in use, protecting the drain line while minimizing wasted water. For properties facing the heaviest iron and sulfur loads or the highest peak flows, this deep-bed system delivers the capacity needed.

This tank-and-valve assembly ships less media so installers can specify the precise catalytic bed for the raw-water chemistry. Included are the NWS 1-1/2" Control Valve with Control Flow Technology, a remote meter, a gravel underbed, and the 24" x 72" mineral tank. Choosing media separately allows fine control over both contaminant removal and service flow, and lets dealers standardize on one large tank assembly while loading the media each job requires.

The deep bed and 1-1/2" valving deliver the flow and capacity required for large households or properties with heavy iron and sulfur loads, all without continuous chemical dosing. Each cycle draws an air charge, backwashes the bed to lift oxidized solids to drain, and returns automatically to service. Installers can load Birm, Katalox-Light®, or other catalytic media to target iron, manganese, or hydrogen sulfide, then add the appropriate plumbing adapters to complete a robust, chemical-free whole-house filtration system.
