A: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the U.S. takes about 3–7 business days depending on location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We provide Free Nationwide Shipping on most products. Large or freight shipments may require a delivery appointment or liftgate service.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Most orders ship from our Florida warehouse or partner distribution centers across the U.S.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We currently serve U.S. customers only.
Returns & Refunds

A: Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

A: We currently sell equipment only. For safety and warranty coverage, installation should be performed by a licensed professional.

Q: What maintenance is required?
A: Replace filters and resin as recommended by the manufacturer. Regularly check salt levels and clean tanks as needed for peak performance.

A: Yes — we stock filters, resin, fittings, and other replacement parts for most major systems.

Q: How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Q: What if my payment fails?
