5. Warranty Claim Process

6. Replacement Parts
Replacement or repaired parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective item — not to exceed the original purchase price.
We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, water damage, labor, downtime, or loss of business or profits.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Transferability
