Manufacturer Warranties
Every system we sell is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty, using genuine OEM components:
- Mineral & brine tanks: covered by long-term manufacturer warranties — commonly 5 to 10 years, and up to a limited lifetime on many structural tanks.
- Control valves (Fleck, Clack/Nelsen, Pentair): covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically 5 years).
- UV systems (VIQUA): covered by VIQUA’s limited warranty on the chamber and controller.
- Filters, cartridges, membranes & media: consumable items are warrantied against defects on arrival; normal wear from use is not covered.
Exact coverage varies by manufacturer and model — the warranty card in your box governs. We’ll help you file any claim.
