Do you have retail store locations?

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. As a certified Nelsen distributor we supply commercial, contractor and bulk/wholesale orders. Email us at housetechplus@gmail.com for volume pricing and a spec'd quote.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 150+ countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout using live carrier rates (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) based on weight and destination, and you choose your preferred service. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, paid to local customs on delivery. Large or heavy systems may ship by freight — contact us for a freight quote.
Do you offer express shipping?
We ship by ground and freight (no air/express service). Most in-stock orders ship promptly; larger systems and custom-built units can take up to 30–60 days. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer FREE standard shipping on US orders over $1,000. US orders under $1,000 ship at a flat $19.99. International orders are calculated at checkout by live carrier rates (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) based on weight and destination.
Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
