Yes. We ship across the continental U.S. Freight items deliver curbside; liftgate service may be available at checkout or by request.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. For multi-box or freight shipments, separate tracking numbers may apply.

What is your return policy?

Uninstalled items in original packaging may be returnable within the policy window. Special-order or commercial SKUs may incur restocking and freight charges. Review our full policy for specifics and steps.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Please note damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and product. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a resolution.

Do you carry commercial RO systems?

Yes—our 10,000 GPD Commercial RO is a serviceable, USA-made platform suitable for many high-throughput applications.

Which high-flow control valve should I pick?

Common choices include the Fleck/Pentair 2900 NXT2 and Pentair 3900 NXT2. Flow rate, media type, and configuration determine the best fit.

Installation & Support

Do you offer installation or setup support?

We provide U.S.-based product support for sizing and setup basics. For compliance and warranty, we recommend licensed professional installation.

What maintenance is required?

Follow your product manual for backwash/regeneration schedules and periodic media checks. Keep salt topped up (for softeners) and replace filters per usage and water quality.

Commercial / Industrial

Do commercial valves have lead times?

Yes, heavy-duty valves may require build time. Pentair 3900 NXT2 and similar SKUs can vary—contact us for current ETAs.

Where can I find NXT2 replacement parts?

Start with FL62115 NXT2 Timer Assembly or the NXT2 Controller + 3150 Filter Head.
