Tackle problem well water with the Nelsen AIO 10" x 44" Iron Filter System, a single-tank air injection filter engineered to remove dissolved iron without chemicals or added salt. Using oxidation rather than additives, this Nelsen system converts soluble iron into a filterable form and traps it in the media bed, leaving you with cleaner, stain-free water throughout the entire home and an end to the frustrating rust marks iron leaves behind.
How Air Injection Works
The Nelsen AIO maintains an air pocket at the top of the tank while the system is in service. As water rises through this oxygen-rich pocket, dissolved iron is oxidized and then captured by the filter media below. A daily automatic backwash, managed by the Fleck control valve, flushes the accumulated iron to the drain and refreshes the air pocket, keeping the system self-sustaining with very little hands-on care required from the homeowner.
