NWS CF AIO w/Ozone 12"x52" w/Katalox

The NWS CF AIO with Ozone 12"x52" w/Katalox-Light® steps up to a larger tank while keeping the dual-oxidation power of air injection plus ozone. Manufactured by Nelsen Water Treatment Solutions, it reduces iron, sulfur, and manganese — along with arsenic, H2S, and other metals — using a Katalox-Light® media bed and a factory-installed ozone generator for serious treatment capability.

An Ozotech Enhanced Oxidation Generator comes pre-wired and mounted directly on the control valve. This compact ozone unit incorporates a patented stainless steel Ozotech CD cell and a rugged all-weather enclosure, adding aggressive oxidation that complements the air injection process for difficult well water with elevated contaminant levels.

Larger Tank, More Flow

The 12-inch tank increases service flow capacity over smaller models, suiting larger homes with tough water and multiple fixtures in use. Katalox-Light® provides low pressure loss, high flow and service rates, and infrequent backwash — about 5 to 10 minutes at 5.5 gpm per square foot, with operation up to 12 gpm per square foot — while Control Flow Technology meters regeneration to real usage. Supplied by Water Softener Plus and installed at the point of entry, this system delivers comprehensive treatment; add your chosen plumbing adapters to complete it.

Because the ozone generator arrives pre-wired and mounted on the control valve, field setup is streamlined compared with adding a separate oxidizer later. Install the system at the point of entry near the main line, a drain, and a standard electrical outlet, leaving clearance above the tank for service. The all-weather enclosure on the Ozotech unit allows flexible placement, and the combined ozone-plus-air-injection approach gives this system extra headroom for wells with stubborn, high-concentration contaminant loads.
