Deskripsi
The NWS CF AIO with Ozone is a heavy-duty air-injection iron, sulfur, and manganese reduction system from Nelsen Water Treatment Solutions, built around a 13" x 54" black polyglass mineral tank. It combines Control Flow Technology with a factory pre-wired Ozotech Enhanced Oxidation Generator, giving well-water homes a powerful, largely chemical-free approach to clearing rust stains, rotten-egg odor, and discolored water. For households frustrated by orange staining in toilets and tubs, black specks from manganese, or that unmistakable sulfur smell, this all-in-one system addresses several problems with a single tank.
At the heart of the system is 1-1/4 cubic feet of Katalox-Light® catalytic media riding on a base support bed. Katalox-Light® is engineered for high service and flow rates with low pressure loss and infrequent, short backwashes, so it tackles arsenic, iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide without any potassium permanganate (KMnO4) or chlorine feed. The compact ozone unit mounts directly to the 1" control valve and uses a patented stainless steel Ozotech CD cell housed in an all-weather enclosure, adding a strong dose of oxidation power that helps the media work efficiently even on tougher water.

This NWS AIO ozone system is a strong fit for residential well supplies battling combined iron, manganese, and sulfur problems where the homeowner wants oxidation handled without buying chemicals month after month. During each cycle the bed backwashes to lift trapped solids and rinse them to drain, then returns to service automatically. Plumbing adapters are selected separately to match your inlet and outlet sizes, and the optional tank jacket shown gives the installation a finished, retail-ready look in visible utility spaces or basements.
Homeowners on private wells often face iron, manganese, and sulfur together, and treating them piecemeal can be costly and inefficient. By pairing catalytic media with supplemental ozone in one cabinet-friendly unit, this NWS system consolidates that treatment into a single backwashing filter. Pre-wiring at the factory means there is no field assembly of the oxidation components, reducing installation time and the chance of wiring errors. For dealers, it represents a turnkey premium offering that addresses tough water without the recurring expense of chemical feed pumps and solution tanks.
