This parcel-ready NWS CF AIO with Ozone 12"x52" w/Katalox-Light® brings larger-tank, ozone-enhanced multi-contaminant treatment in a package built for parcel truck delivery. From Nelsen Water Treatment Solutions, it reduces iron, sulfur, manganese, arsenic, H2S, and other metals by combining air injection oxidation, a built-in ozone generator, and a Katalox-Light® media bed.

Two Oxidizers, One System

The Ozotech Enhanced Oxidation Generator arrives pre-wired and mounted on the control valve, housed in an all-weather enclosure with a patented stainless steel CD cell. Ozone delivers powerful oxidation that works alongside air injection to break down dissolved contaminants before the Katalox-Light® bed captures them — with no potassium permanganate or chlorine required to keep the media working.

Katalox-Light® offers low pressure loss, high flow and service rates, and short backwash cycles — roughly 5 to 10 minutes at 5.5 gpm per square foot, operating up to 12 gpm per square foot — while Control Flow Technology meters regeneration to actual water use. The 12-inch tank supplies the flow capacity larger homes need to serve several fixtures at once. Installed at the point of entry and supplied by Water Softener Plus, this system handles the toughest well water; add the plumbing adapters that match your connections to finish the installation.

For the most challenging well water, the addition of ozone provides oxidation power well beyond air injection alone, which is why this configuration suits homes where iron, sulfur, and manganese all appear together at elevated levels. Position the unit at the point of entry with a nearby drain for backwash, and verify your water chemistry at setup so the system can be dialed in correctly. Once running, the Katalox-Light bed and ozone generator deliver thorough, chemical-free treatment with minimal ongoing attention.
