Stenner peristaltic pumps are identified by a model code that encodes the feed rate and the supply voltage — for example a 30 GPD unit at 115 volts. That code is on the label on the pump housing, and it determines which tube and which pump head you need. The tube is a wear part and is the single most commonly ordered item for these pumps.

Below, our Stenner stock is listed with the part number from each product's own name. Pump tubes are consumables and are usually replaced on a schedule rather than on failure; running one to destruction tends to take the pump head with it.

When ordering a tube, match both the pump model and the tube size, as the same pump body accepts more than one tube depending on the feed rate it was configured for. If the pump runs but no longer meters correctly, the tube is the first thing to check; if it does not run at all, the motor or the power supply is the more likely cause.

Match the pump model, the supply voltage and the tube size together. Tubes are consumables and are best replaced on a schedule; running one to failure usually damages the pump head as well. United States shipping is included in the price shown.

Getting the tube right

The tube is the part of a peristaltic pump that does the work, and it is deliberately the part designed to wear out. How long it lasts depends on what is being fed through it as much as on hours run, so a pump dosing chlorine will not follow the same replacement interval as one dosing a scale inhibitor. If output has fallen off gradually rather than stopped abruptly, the tube has almost certainly flattened rather than failed, and replacing it will restore the original feed rate without any adjustment to the pump itself.
