The NWS CF AIO with Ozone 10"x54" w/Katalox-Light® combines two powerful oxidation methods in one compact system. Built by Nelsen Water Treatment Solutions, it reduces iron, sulfur, and manganese — plus arsenic, H2S, and other metals — by pairing air injection with a factory-installed ozone generator and a high-performance Katalox-Light® media bed.

The standout feature is an Ozotech Enhanced Oxidation Generator, pre-wired and mounted directly onto the control valve. This compact ozone unit uses a patented stainless steel Ozotech CD cell and ships in an all-weather enclosure. Ozone is a potent oxidizer that significantly boosts the system's ability to break down dissolved contaminants before they ever reach the media bed, making it especially effective on difficult well water.

Why Add Ozone

Katalox-Light® already offers low pressure loss, high flow and service rates, and infrequent backwash — about 5 to 10 minutes at 5.5 gpm per square foot, operating up to 12 gpm per square foot. Adding ozone supercharges oxidation for especially challenging water with high contaminant loads. Supplied by Water Softener Plus and installed at the point of entry, this system handles the toughest well-water chemistry; simply add your chosen plumbing adapters to complete the installation.

Because the ozone generator arrives pre-wired and mounted on the control valve, field setup is streamlined compared with adding a separate oxidizer later. Install the system at the point of entry near the main line, a drain, and a standard electrical outlet, leaving clearance above the tank for service. The all-weather enclosure on the Ozotech unit allows flexible placement, and the combined ozone-plus-air-injection approach gives this system extra headroom for wells with stubborn, high-concentration contaminant loads.
