How the two stages work together
Water hits Stage 1 first — the water softener removes the calcium & magnesium hardness that scales pipes, water heaters and fixtures. It then flows into Stage 2, where the catalytic carbon polish polishes out chlorine and irritants that dry and inflame skin. Treating in this order is what keeps the softening resin clean and the whole system low-maintenance.

Choose your size above: 32,000 grains / 1.0 cu ft (1–3 baths), 48,000 grains / 1.5 cu ft (4–6 baths), or 64,000 grains / 2.0 cu ft (6+ baths). Send a water test or your symptoms and we size both stages to your flow at no charge.
